  1. If you are not satisfied with item within 30 days , you can return it to us for a full refund.(buyers are required to afford the shipping cost, if it’s not radio faulty itself)
  2. After 30days, Retevis offer 1 year free radio repair, 3 months radio accessories repair, from the date of the first customer purchasing
  3. Beyond the year warranty period: We still offer maintain radio and make up accessories service, buyers are required to pay corresponding cost.
  4. Exclusions From Warranty Coverage
    • a. Normal Wear and Tear
    • b. Abuse & Misuse: like improper operation, storage, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the Products. contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or food; extreme heating, other acts which are not the fault of Retevis.
    • c. Use of Non-Retevis branded Products and Accessories: Defects or damage that result from the use of Non-Retevis branded or certified products, accessories, software or other equipment.
    • d. Unauthorized Service or Modification: Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than Retevis or its authorized service centers.
    • e. Purchase that with no proof to show you are the first customer purchase, such as customer ID, order ID, transaction detail, etc

Who is Covered?

This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser, and is not transferable. Also please offer your order ID and customer ID(this is essential), when contact us for warranty.
