1  I have several radios from another manufacturer (Vertex Standard VX-261). Would I be able to program a set of H-777 to work with these units?
For Retevis radios, under frequency and CTCSS same, they can communicate with each other
We're not sure that other radios is compatible with H777 because some radio have specific set limitation, you can try it
2  I recently bought a third H777. I checked when I first got it and it seemed to work fine but it has quit transmitting on any channel. How do I return it for replacement? Thank you.
please detail introduce your H777 questions, by the way, tell me your order number
3  can i send data from my pc via USB interface to an other H777 ?
I'm afraid you can't, Could you tell me what you want do?
4  I just opened the 10 Retevis H-777 units that I ordered last year. Of the 10 units I ordered, only 2 had the ear piece units inside the boxes. There were clips in a few of the units to attach the handsets, but of the 10 units, only 4 of them had the attachment clips.
How can I get the missing parts that should have come with my purchase?
Than you for your help!
please tell me your radio model,I will cc and contacted after-sale service, they will check and reply to you a.s.a.p., thanks for your patient waiting...
5  I took the radios (10 pack) straight out of the packages and began using them and they seemed to work well then I charged them overnight and began to use them the next day and one of the radios would not receive or transmit message yet the indicator light still lit up red when pressing the PTT what could be the problem with that one?
please check the frequency whether was changed, To realize two radio communication, make sure the frequency and CTCSS is same
6  I have several H777 radios but would like to purchase one of your radios that have Bluetooth capability that also works with the H777. Which types should I be looking at?
Sorry, currently Retevis haven't Bluetooth capability radio, Thanks
7  Hi All,
Thanks for the response, but I don't think we're on the same page / understanding each other correctly.
Yes - The RT1 has longer range / distance..... but unfortunately the RT1 does not solve the problem (which is a common problem and needs to be explained on your site).
The Problem : There is something obstructing communication between two points (Hill / Mountain / Could be anything).
Solution = Repeaters???: I want to place 2 x repeaters at highest point on hill to relay the message from one side of hill to the other side (This is why repeaters were developed right?).
A) Does your repeater work with the H-777 Radios?.
B) Repeater Power Source: Does it have it's own build in battery? (i.e. can I link repeater to a solar panel on top of hill to charge battery during day.... the battery will last overnight?).... or do I need to have my own separate battery?.
C) How does the repeater relay the message? i.e. I'm on channel 1
I'm consulting our engineer about your questions, then reply you by email later, please notice check it
8  what is the frequency for channel 12 for the H777? I'm trying to get it to sync with my RT7.
Your question will be answered by email, pls check you email, Thanks
9  Ive programmed my H777 to match my H777S. I can receive on the H777 but cannot transmit. Carrier light does come on when pressing transmit, no sound on H777s; Ideas?
If you would to make communication between H777 and H777S, please keep them same frequency and ctcss in same channel
