71  Dear Sirs/Madams, I have a number of RT2 models, but I got some issues with them, when using many channels, as it doesn't display the channel name (only show Channel Number), even when I have configured it in the programming tool. Please provide your latest firmware and instructions on how to update the radios - very happy with their performance, but the firmware is far from complete, so please provide the latest version. Thank you in advance, Jan
Dear Jan Juul, RT2 hasn't latest firmware, do you have on RT2 programming questions? Here's a blog on ‘how to programme RT2’for you reference: http://blog.retevis.com/how-to-programme-in-software-for-retevis-rt2-communication/ Best regards

Hello Manuela, Pls download RT7 the driver and software from Retevis official web:http://www.retevis.com/resources-center After done, programming the RT7 again, Any questions, pls feel free to contact us Brgds
78  Hi All, Thanks for the response, but I don't think we're on the same page / understanding each other correctly. Yes - The RT1 has longer range / distance..... but unfortunately the RT1 does not solve the problem (which is a common problem and needs to be explained on your site). Question Rephrased: The Problem : There is something obstructing communication between two points (Hill / Mountain / Could be anything). Solution = Repeaters???: I want to place 2 x repeaters at highest point on hill to relay the message from one side of hill to the other side (This is why repeaters were developed right?). Questions: A) Does your repeater work with the H-777 Radios?. B) Repeater Power Source: Does it have it's own build in battery? (i.e. can I link repeater to a solar panel on top of hill to charge battery during day.... the battery will last overnight?).... or do I need to have my own separate battery?. C) How does the repeater relay the message? i.e. I'm on channel 1
