2. The battery of RT47 is 1100mAh, while the battery of RT22 is 1000 mAh;
3. The size of RT47 is bigger than RT22, and RT22 is compact and smaller;
4. The belt clip of RT47 is fixed by screws, while the belt clip of Rt22 is easy to install, no screws required;
5. The earpiece connector of RT22 is Kenwood 2 pin, while the earpiece connector of RT47 is not Kenwood 2 pin, which is the same with HD1.

Nice and well built. We use them for camping to stay in contact with the kids when we are places with bad cell service
We live in the mountains and got these for our young children to use when out exploring. We've tested the WT in several different areas and in our heavily wooded very hilly terrain they have a reach of about 2 miles. They are holding up well, easy to recharge and our children love using them!
I bought this for my son and his wife to use on their very rural farm where they can't get phone signal, they tell me these little 2-way radios work perfectly.
This product was easy to use and lightweight.
Used these with a backpack group of varying ages that would tend to get "strung out" and rough backcountry trails. I can say within 300 yards we always had clear reception - even on mountain trails. I had a pair that lasted for 4 days on one charge (On about 6 hours a day backpacking). Not a lot of chatter but definitely enough. And they are very lightweight and clip onto a chest strap (backpack or hydration pack) with ease. And stay there. Grateful I bought 4 of them since we loaded up our adults for two-day hikes. They worked great.
I got this for my kids after trying out a couple other types. I like that the battery is rechargeable and they last a long time. The range works great- i used it inside a busy mall and no issues. It's perfect and durable for me to use with my kids around the neighborhood and out and about! (I also saw a couple of businesses using these at the mall so that's how i decided on this set!)
