Radios , came with belt clips handstrap and base chargers. The manual is clear and easy to understand. The units have a tough, industrial grade case with a built in antenna . So , after installing the batteries , I ran a range test . They did very well for a 500mw walkie talkie, across town in a built up area.The audio is clear and crisp. Further out at 3 to 4 km , still perfectly readable. They've got all 16 , 446 channels with ctcss on the first eight and dsc on the last eight. There are some handy features the can be accessed via the software, from Retevis's website (free) , such as vox, scan etc. Also, another handy thing is the ability to charge with the USB port. Great for vehicle cigar lighters, as well as the supplied base charger. To summarise, I'd say its a very good radio ,all round. Factories and commercials will find them useful, for sure. I'll give this neat, unit 5 out of 5 stars.
