  1. In case of Buyer's Remorse(not product fault), within one month after product received, after confirmation by Retevis, The first customers can return it for a partial refund. Buyers are required to afford round-trip freight, and 15% restocking fee will be deducted also. Refund will be done after we received the package and checked everything not effect the second sale.
