Yes, the VHF and UHF versions of the R1 repeater include a duplexer, which allows simultaneous transmission and reception using a single antenna.
However, if you customize the GMRS version, it does not include a duplexer.

Using One Antenna:
If you are using the VHF or UHF version (which has a duplexer), you only need one antenna for both transmission (TX) and reception (RX).
Using Two Antennas:
If you are using the GMRS version (which does not have a duplexer), you need two antennas—one for transmitting and one for receiving.

The real output power is 25W. But it's important to note that the actual output power can be affected by several factors. For example: antenna type and placement, environmental conditions, distance and interference, and etc.

The Retevis R1 is a 25W long-range analog repeater. It supports VHF/UHF, GMRS customizable frequency points and reduces dead spots. The repeater has strong penetration to ensure stable communication in buildings or over large areas. Its standard 3U design makes it easy to install and operate. This product is a genuine integrated system repeater.
