BIG CON is as long as the adaptor in connected to the rodio the internal mike will not work with the external mike UNPLUGED.The adapter must be removed from radio for internal mike to work. This should not be. It should have been made to work when the external mike is removed from the adapter the internal mike should work. Poor design
