After you receive your products, Retevis offer 24 months radio repair for free. However, radio accessories enjoy 6 months repair warranty, except earpieces enjoy 3 months warranty,from the date of the first customer’s receipt.
Beyond the warranty period: We still offer maintain service. buyers are required to afford corresponding cost.


Who is Covered?

This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser. and is not transferable. Also please offer your order ID and your complete Recipient's Name (this is essential), when contact us for warranty.

Exclusions From Warranty Coverage

  1. Normal Wear and Tear
  2. Abuse & Misuse: like improper operation. storage. accident or neglect. such as physical damage (cracks. scratches. etc.) to the surface of the Products. contact with liquid. water. rain. extreme humidity or heavy perspiration. sand. dirt or food; extreme heating. other acts which are not the fault of Retevis products.
  3. Use of Non-Retevis branded Products and Accessories: Defects or damage that result from the use of Non-Retevis branded or certified products. accessories. software or other equipment.
  4. Unauthorized Service or Modification: Defects or damages resulting from service. testing. adjustment. installation. maintenance. alteration. or modification in any way by someone other than Retevis or its authorized service centers.
  5. Purchase that with no proof to show you are the first purchase customer. such as customer name, order ID. transaction detail. etc
  6. Free gifts such as earpiece,including not in the repair warranty.
