Submission Terms & Permissions

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your story, comments, photographs, images, videos, or other information ("User Submissions") to RETEVIS. By checking the box and submitting your content, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. What You Submit

You may submit stories, comments, photographs, images, videos, and other materials related to your experience using RETEVIS products and solutions in your work environment. You represent that you are the original creator of the content you submit or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content.

2. Permissions You Confirm

By submitting, you confirm that: (a) your submission is original or you have the right to grant the permissions set out below; (b) your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or contract rights; and (c) the submission does not contain unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

3. How RETEVIS May Use Content

You grant RETEVIS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your submission in any media or technology now known or later developed. This includes use in advertising, marketing, product promotions, social media, websites, presentations, trade shows, and other communications for any purpose consistent with our business.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

Do not include any personal information of others without their consent, nor any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive business information of you or your employer without permission. RETEVIS will make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Client Review & Approval

If your submission references a client, project, or workplace (other than your own), you confirm that you have obtained all necessary approvals and consent from these parties for RETEVIS to use the submission as described above. RETEVIS reserves the right to edit, adapt, or decline any submission at our sole discretion.
