1. In case of Buyer's Remorse(not product fault), buyers need contact our after-sales team within 30 days of receiving the products, explain the reason for the return, and obtain the return address. Please also provide the tracking information within 3days. Please note that shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Products and packaging must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. If there is any damage, we will deduct the corresponding fees based on the actual condition.
2. In case of product fault, please provide photos & videos showing the defect(s) of the product clearly. After confirmation by Retevis, you can return it for a replacement of new product or full refund, buyers are required to afford the return shipping fee, Retevis afford the reship shipping fee. Refund or reship new products will be done after we received the full original package, and no product damaged by any man-made factors.
