This model is much better, much more durable, I use it at a very busy car dealership in downtown Chicago we put these to the test and they work. Great value for the price. We have five floors, they work through the concrete walls very well. The customer service is amazing for this product. if your a service manager in need of radios get them!

I am happy with how these radios have worked for us. I have purchased 40 of them for a nursing home that I manage. It allows my staff to communicate better and ultimately give better customer service.If you have a need then I would recommend these radios.

Our school purchased 50 of these radios in order to have one in each classroom. They work wonderfully for this purpose! Each teacher is able to get in touch with the office and/or administration immediately if they need something. The batteries hold a charge all day and they are small enough to carry around in your pocket.
