Retevis RA89 is a dual band high power handheld radio with a waterproof rating of IP68. It has above-average battery life and strong performance in many metrics, such as its noise reduction function. Plenty of power for transmission makes sure the long range communication. It supports both manual programming and CHIRP programming.

RA89 waterproof ham radio allows you to keep a connection whether you are on land or at sea. IP68 rating makes RA89 ham radio be protected against immersion up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes.

FM Radio 65-108MHz
With FM radio, RA89 allows you to enjoy yourself in your spare time. In addition, dual watch function makes it easy to receive the call while you are using the FM radio function.
Scramble Encryption
The scrambler function is efficient in avoiding eavesdropping through changing or mixing the voice and information during the transmission. It ensures your communication privacy when you want to communicate with your teammates privately.
Emergency Alarm
You can turn on the function by pressing “F” Key and “# Radio” Key (in turn) to ask the people near you for help in the event of an emergency.
Programmable VFO
