Really happy with my HS4 Ten meter radio recommend this amazing radio it works like a champ also is really easy to convert to 11 meters frequency here is how (push and hold the function button and the emergency button at the same time and then turn on your radio. You will see one band turn the channel selector to the right and we'll see two band and then hold the function button until you see end reset. and that's it turn off the radio) you go to good start rocking this baby 💪🥊🔥
I took a leap of faith to purchase this radio and I am completely satisfied with the receive and transmit, as well as how easy it is to use. The only problem I had, which Retevis solved very quickly was that DHL delivered the package to the wrong house. As soon as I notified them, Retevis jumped on it I discovered where it was. World Class service!!!!
