This is a great amplifier for SDR radios, especially the Hermes Lite 2. It has excellent power output on all bands, the only thing you will have to do is make a cable that goes from the amp to the EXTTR jack on the back of the Hermes Lite 2, Do not use the PTT jack as it can cause issues. This amp can be driven with less than 1 watt and it has 4 different power levels, so there is plenty of adjustment if you want to use it drive a larger amplifier. I highly recommend this amplifier.
