Retevis RT3S DMR Radio and Cable Speaker Mic Bundle
RT3S dual band digital ham radio uses Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Tier 2 Standard protocol. It is compatible with the popular MOTO TRBO series Tier I and II using standard encryption, It is also compatible with any existing analog two-way radio operating on the supported UHF and VHF frequencies for easy migration to digital technology.
DMR handheld radio:

Digital two-way radio:
Compatible with digital and analog modes; including dual-band 3,000-channel multiple digital talkgroups; support for importing contact information; quickly switch working modes to adapt to different usage environments.
Double slot:
Direct connection mode; realize two groups of calls at the same time at one frequency point, improve communication efficiency; compatible with other DMR radios; double time slots for repeaters or point-to-point.
Panel edit:
The LCD screen and numeric keypad can be operated quickly, making outdoor work more convenient!
The RT3S interface and digital buttons allow you to operate without any trouble; manual operation can quickly adjust the function and frequency; it supports SMS function, which can write, receive and send messages.
Medium and large capacity batteries:
2000mAh large-capacity rechargeable battery supports 16 hours of standby and working time. In addition, an original battery is provided for you in the package, and the outdoor standby time is longer!
Firmware support:
Change the settings through software to achieve the function parameters you need; support single call group call all call; mixed mode allows monitoring any talk group on the channel being used.

Build quality is good. Many digital features typically cost $300 or more. Programming is typical for these radios and may take some time to learn. It would be nice to have USB-C charging support like the HD1, but for the price, I'm happy with the included charging stand.
I just received my RT3S in the mail this week. I also had the programming cable and speaker mike included. I must be honest, that I was a bit nervous ordering this directly from the Retevis store in China and skeptical about the price. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out, especially the price. It’s one of the best dollar for dollar values for everything Included. The radio works great. I’ve installed the OpenGD77 Firmware and am thrilled with the radios performance. Thank you Retevis and I know I’ll be a return customer.
