It Can cover 400-527mhz. By punching in a 6 digital code and Also expanding the VHF Band up to at least 225mhz from 132mhz.
If you are looking for a solid HT, with very good sound, and excellent customer support, the HD-2 may be what you are looking for.
Beautiful packaging, solid unit,easy programming
I have a Retevis HA1UV analog radio and loved it so much I bought the HD2 so I had 02 DMR radios (the 1st DMR radio is another brand). The HD2 checks all the boxes at 1/2 the price of its competition. Dual band, Dual time a lot, waterproof, USB-C charging, and mine came with a Bluetooth earbud!!! Once you get over doing DMR codeplugs you will enjoy DMR radios and this HD2 radio with be you daily driver.
