All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your full payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Fee
- The specific shipping costs are also inconsistent as a result of the product weight, policies in different countries, etc. You can find out the specific cost through the following steps:
- Select the product you are interested in-Buy it now - Add and save your address, and click Continue-It will show the shipping options and corresponding fee.
Note: If your address belongs to a remote area, you will need to pay a relevant fee.
As soon as your order is ready, we’ll update the tracking number and inform you of the information. We highly recommend that you register as a Retevis Member here. If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to you. You can choose to wait until the item is back in stock or cancel your order.
Your order will be shipped from China. Also, we have a warehouse in Canada. Therefore, your orders may be shipped from China or Canada Warehouse depending on the availability of the product in our inventory.
About shipping time and shipping way
The shipping method depends on the weight and if it includes the battery.
Usually, when the order is ≥2kg, it will be shipped by Expedited Shipping. The shipping time will be about 4-7 business days, which will cause customs duties, and the shipping cost does not include this fee. Buyers should pay for the customs when needed
If the order weight is ＜2kg, it will be shipped by Economy Shipping, the shipping time will be about 10-15 business days.
If the products include a battery, we will choose the battery shipping way, the shipping time will be about 10-20 business days.
How Do I Change The Shipping Address Or Cancel My Order
Contact info@retevis.com immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order.
The declared value on the invoice will be marked the same as the order's total price.
