1  Is there I can order just the earbud at the end of the transparent tube that comes with the "2 Pin PTT MIC Covert" headset? I lost one of mines recently and I don't want to order another headset just to get more earbuds.

2  When using our H777 walkie talkies, the directions state that you should not charge them when fully charged. Does that mean if we charge them starting at 11:00 PM and leave them in the charger overnight, it will damage them due to being already fully charged in 3 hours? If not, can it remain in the charger at all times, when the walkie talkies are turned on and placed in the battery cradle when not in use?
If it is fully charged ,the light will turn to green , if you don't stop after that . The battery service life will be shortened . But At your first three times, you need to keep charging for about another 4-5 hours to Reactivating the battery .
3  I am considering ordering a 10 pack of these walkie talkies. Is there any issues with using these in Canada?

6  We plan to use the radios as backup for times when the phone system goes down. As such, they should be fully charges at all times. Two questions: 1. How long can I leave the unit on the charger without damaging the battery? 2. How long will the battery hold charge in storage before it must be recharged? Thanks!

2. How long will depends on how you use it , but H777 has low power alert . You will know when you have to charge it .
7  I down loaded the new firmware from Facebook and installed RETEVIS-Vocoder-RT3-S13.32.bin, now all i get now is a white screen. please could you advise if the old firmware is available Ver:D013.009 CP Ver: V01.30 or advise how i can fix this problem. regards
Hello , I guess you chose the wrong file to upload , The firmware file begins with S means with GPS, begin with D means Without GPS , Does your RT3 have GPS ?
8  Do I need to have these registered with any government agencies before using?
It depends on your country policies . But there is a new one will be definitely license-free and easy to use .

9  Dear Retevis Team, I love your Digital Radios very much. After I´ve got my RT3 i bought another RT8 too. With the RT8 i have a Problem: Sometimes it Shows the Volume changing bar without touching the Volume knob. Software: S013.032 CP V01.32 My Question: Is it a Software Bug or a Hardware defect? 73´s DL8BJ
It may the trouble of potentiometer inside the radio , if you can not fix it by yourself , please find your seller to help send back to factory to repair .
