I bought 8 of these rt29s on our company account and I am very impressed so far. These replaced our Motorola rdu4100s. Battery life is better, quality is better, and programming them to sync up with our current Motorola frequencies was very easy. I’m very happy so far. I would highly recommend!

I bough these last minute because we had a a group of 4 trucks going to a lake trip/ trail run. The radios Are ready to use out of the box, just set the radios to the same channel and start using them AFTER you charge them of course. the radios are light study and the shoulder mics have a nice grip. Signal strengths for us was about 1.5 miles. If you need these for a group of cars that will be following each other they will work just fine. Both the speaker on the radio and on the shoulder mic are loud and clear.

Using for our business and we needed something waterproof. So far so good.

I had bought some baofeng radios and they didnt work that great for what i needed, so i purchased these. I've had them for two days and after getting them charged up, I started testing them. I've only got them set up to communicate with the other radios in the package so far, but let me tell you that these are worth the money I paid. I left one with my brother and walked 800 yards down the highway and they still picked up just fine. Crystal clear transmission, they feel like they are built like tanks, and easy to use. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good radio for security patrols, keeping in two way contact with family after cellphones go down, or just radio contact to family members on your homestead.

Great radio for jobsite for the price. We use these on all big jobs.

These radios work very well and the battery lasts for several days on a charge. The only thing we don't like is the long antenna. We have ruined several of the antennas because they hang up on obstructions, we have replaced them with shorter antennas that seem to work just as well.

External speaker/mic near your shoulder makes it possible to hear in loud environments. Range is very good. Keep in mind that terrain and buildings will limit the range. These aren't cell phones. Overall, works great, good value for the money, and no better alternative.

We use these on large job sites so the guys can talk to each other. The battery life is really well and they can be miles from each other and still use them!!

These radios are awesome ..I have had Motorola, Rca and Baofeung and these blow them all away. I went miles away and tried them and it was crystal clear. The 10 watt makes all the difference.

Have only had used a couple time so far but have worked great.in a wastewater plant 4 floors sub-basement concrete and worked great. Seems well built. Time will tell how they last.

These handheld radios work excellent! We use these for oversize load transports, to communicate from driver to escort car and police (we give them a radio) our rough range is 4-7 miles on open terrain. It depends on surroundings. These radios are built well and the audio is outstanding, I’ll be ordering 4 more soon. This is a perfect setup for what we do!

2.60 miles working on a farm is pretty good compare to other radios

We needed two way radios to stay in contact at a Pick Your Own apple orchard. I purchased at least 3 different walkie talkies that boasted long range. One set did work but tended to break up on occasion. The reception issue was trying to communicate in the barn to the orchard that is 1/3 mile away. There is a forest between the 2. These radios were very clear and even though when I went down a small incline in the orchard I broke up but the other radio was loud and clear.

This product was as advertised. Worked out great with our team.

I work in a 20 story building and I have to admit these walkie talkies work great, whether I'm in a basement or an apartment the reception is crystal clear, no delay, no interference. It's durable and comes with great accessories, all in all I'm so happy with this purchase I'm buying another set.

The only thing I don’t like about them is the antenna is crazy long. But one your used to it. They work great. Come across nice and loud so you can hear over equipment. They last for 3 days before you have to charge them. ( moderate use of course) I like the hand held speaker too makes it really easy to use. Winter weather doesn’t effect them. Can’t say enough good things about them durable as hell.. I went through 5 different kinds and these have worked the best thus far. almost two years later still up and running. batterys hold there charge and dont wear down. seriously happy with that purchase.

The set of 4 radios we received far exceeded our expectations. They arrived in perfect shape, with all accessories & built solid. Handheld mics are excellent & feel professional quality. We've tested them for sending & receiving, 2-3 miles no problem & with elevated line of sight worked out to 5 miles.For our purposes worth the money.

I got these to use during family trips. They make it easier to avoid potential accidents when driving multiple vehicles with RVs, especially when changing lanes or warning about hazards ahead. Pretty good range when we get separated due to heavy traffic.
