Easy to use the earpieces are slightly uncomfortable however, the product is great works long distance. We use it for a catering events. Fits in your pocket or clips on your hip. It’s almost as big as your phone. Everyone must be on one channel if you want to hear everything if not, it’s easy to switch channels and communicate that way we like to keep the channel open for everyone so we can all communicate

After purchasing our first set of 10 radios, we loved them so much we purchased another set of 10. I purchased the 2 X10 charger with the first order and loved it as well. They are absolutely awesome. We are a food production plant so our radios get quite a bit of abuse. We now have 22 radios in use every day and not one has ever given us a problem. Great quality components throughout. Construction and durability appear to be good, but I would not test these by dropping them. They are much more than probably going to serve my purpose well.
