Works as intended. Programing from the buttons was a challenge at first I would buy another.
What a great radio! Not cheap but built nice. The receive and transmit are top of the line. This radio makes any cb radio junk but that's just me.
Super high quality.....no way to beat this for the value
The transceiver works good. It is a decent transceiver at a low cost. The receive pick up a little more noise than a more expensive transceiver. The transmit seems to work fine. I have had good reports on my signal and audio quality. There isn't a whole lot of activity on this band so for what I paid for it I am Happy.
Good Radio works great I got it to go about 3 and a half miles with out a repeater using a Tram 1185 Amateur Dual-Band Magnet Antenna off of walmart.com. The other radio i was using was a hand held UV-5R with a little car mount antenna, both went that far. Only bad thing i have to say is when the screen is blue its hard to see the numbers there kinda light, idk if you can change the color of it yet, I only had it for 2 days now tho.
