At the begining,I was a little worried to purchase this unit. But to my surprise it works and sounds great! The set up is easy and the operation of the actual intercom is just as easy. We are using this at a haunted attraction where the background is extremely loud so typically hearing the customers or the customers hearing the ticket sellers can be difficult through the window on the windows. We self installed this system and have no complaints.
