RA87 has 22 GMRS channels with 8 repeater channels, the high power is 40W, and the maximum range is up to 20 km. Functions can be programmed by speaker microphone directly. You can take a portable power supply to power the RA87. In addition to, two RA87 mobile radio can set up a simple repeater through the data cable to extend the longer communication range. The MR300 antenna in this kit is built with weatherproof and fixed fiberglass radome. It comes with a spring base with 5 Meter coaxial cable, ideal for harsh outdoor environments.
