I bought 20 RB23s for the workers in my factory. I later bought RT97S to build a communication system that could cover a distance of 10km in diameter. I installed the repeater at the highest point of our warehouse, connected with the RB23 Used together, this distance feels satisfying to me. The RB23 has no screen, which is convenient for workers who only need them to talk. I might buy a few gmrs radios with screens for leaders to detect calls.
