One of the radios was unknowingly dropped during a control burn. We found it a couple of hours later by pressing the call button on the other radio. This is how we found it. Charred and melted but it still works! These radios are tough. They work well in deep woods also. Highly recommend!

If your need a basic IP67 FRS radio, these radios will not disappoint. They perform as expected, are well constructed and as a bonus were shipped with PTT mics. I purchased them for fly fishing.

I got these to use on school buses when we are on sport trips and field trips. The two-way radios on the buses don't work all time at some locations. The walkie talkies were great, I tried them out on my way to the Pittsburgh zoo it was four buses and we were able to hear each other great no static or anything. We even used them when we were in the zoo they were real clear too.
