RB48 Triple Proof Heavy Duty Walkie Talkies

Used on a cruise to keep up with my family I loved it no complaints.

Works well. I love that we can charge them and do not need batteries. We also plan to use them on vacations and camping. Our son and daughter use them daily playing around the house and outdoors

I bought these for my wife to contact me when she lost her cell phone. They work great. Very easy to use. I wear mine on my bell every time I go somewhere.

Great radios! I have many FRS radios and these are by fast the best. I have 4 so far and intend to order more. Easy to use but full of features if you want to use them. Range about 2 miles in the city.

Kids love these. They are a tad high price to give a child of six year old. However I have purchased several children’s walkie-talkies and they just don’t work very well at all. So this was her only present and she loved it. She even took it to school and the kids played with them on the playground after school. So I will probably invest in at least one more pack for my home so the grandkids can play with them when they visit. They are easy to use have a great sound, And are very durable for children to use.

We use this at the cabin to check on the kids when they are playing in the woods. There is no cell service, so I was very happy with how well they worked.

Excellent product. I took the test in a rural area and the quality is surprising, its range was almost 2 km with a hill and two closed forests between the devices. it's simple to use. The battery has excellent durability, has been in use for about 20 days and I haven't charged it yet (it's rarely used either). I highly recommend it.

We have several of these at my workplace. They work very well when you are in line of sight.

Great radios. We use them when we go side by siding. Distance between radios was always a problem but these are great.

Use this for using to keep in contact with each other when one of the group falls behind or which turn to make. They pretty much always work

These are great. Shockingly, they were compatible with another brand when we set them all to the same channel. They're great for my family's with kids because everyone can communicate quickly.

I needed replacement radios for some rather old ones that we use around the ranch. I had never heard of this particular brand but they ratings, water-resistance, features, and price were very attractive. We have used them for only about a week, so far, but they have met every expectation and then some!! They work GREAT!!

It’s a cheaper radio but gets the job done. Low end model. Used it for hunting.

Bought these for our track day caravans and work really well for our use. Have not tested maximum distance but at nearly 1 mile they still sound good use one of the 2-watt channels. 2 cars traveling behind 2 trucks with car-hauling trailers was a non-issue to communicate together while driving on the highway.

These radios are great. Multiple channels, great long range for a radio of this size and has excellent clarity.

The test conducted in flat, thickly wooded area. One radio in house, other in and out of car. This RB48 was readable with some static at about half a mile, and when outside the car very clear. At about 3/4 mile, the house radio had to come outside and although readable, there was static. Standby battery life about four days.

Purchased for a ski trip in Breckenridge. Worked flawlessly. Highly recommend

We got these for our Carnival Vista cruise and while they do work, they only work on the same floor. But they work well! I guess that's to be expected with cruise ships and the amount of metal walls it has to go through. We tested them from floor 8 to 10 and as soon as we walked away from the elevator on 10 it stopped connecting. BTW, I found Retevis released the high power RB48P, I will order the GMRS version too

These are such a huge upgrade over the cheap walkie talkies available elsewhere. We used these on a two-day cross country road trip convoy style and arrived at our destination with half battery life. The docking station is stellar, the radios are easy to use, I really can't think of any negatives.

Solid build, solid product that will last , very rugged with excellent range., used in several large commercial buildings and worked well!

We got this model walkie-talkie because of the large push-to-talk button. The double PTT button help a lot.In the short amount of time we've used it my wife and I are happy with it's overall size, quality of feel, and the increase range because of the 2 watts of power. The speaker is loud enough and pretty clear.

SUPER happy with these! I ordered these for my son for Christmas, we go on ALOT of hiking adventures together and I thought of this gift idea. I wanted to invest in nice, high quality walkies though and not cheap, junkie ones that would fall apart after a few months. I also wanted ones that didn’t just take a bunch of batteries. I love that these are rechargeable. We spent hours playing with them today.

This walkie talkie has been very successful on our RV trips so far. Road trip with multiple vehicles. The maximum range is about 1 to 2 miles, with clear vision at these distances. Battery life is excellent! Easy to use and charge. We just opened them without any problems. Excellent when working with multiple groups on the golf course.

Great for k9 service. Hard to find a device that is durable enough for ruff play. We have a grave yard of walkies in the back.
