Answer 2: The Channel 23 to Channel 30 of NR30 2-way radios can work with RT97 or RT97S GMRS repeater's Channel 1 to Channel 8 directly. The RT97 and RT97S portable repeaters come with an AC adapter, and when the power cord is connected to a power source, the RT97 repeater is turned on and ready to use.
