Took them upstate for bear, as long as there wasn't a large mountain between us they were clear as a telephone! Battery life is great. Really good value for the money!

Awesome set! I bought to talk to family down the street and I've been able to talk to my grandmother 2 miles away! Love these! Work so well even after my toddler decided to chew on the antenna until it was flat like a straw !

Several years of same model. Works great! In a 40k sq ft building with parts and metal fixtures and all kinds of RF frequencies = typical warehouse environment... I like these as people are going to break them and their inexpensive enough to replace but quality enough to work as needed.

These are some tough radios!....live on a 7th floor....I always place my radio on window for better reception (which is just fine, 7 mi. No obstructions),...anyway, could not find radio and 7 days later the pool man found it on the bottom of pool!...fell seven stories and landed on 1st floor porch roof and then in the pool. Was not broken so I put it to dry on a sunny spot for 3 days, put it on charger and, It worked perfectly!!..no kidding!

Working great in a dirty environment. Very clear and easy to understand on both the transmitting and receiving sides. With lower priced radios you usually see the belt click and antennas go first but these both pieces are holding up well. I can't say much on reception distance because our application only uses them in 100yard radius.

I brought these radio for Emergency use in my neighborhood, these are just right for keeping contact with people in a Emergency.

These are used for the actors in our haunted NJBatesMotel. Even in a very loud environment they work very well. I did need to upgrade the earpiece with the one that inserts into the ear canal so they did not fall off the ear.

Camping, road-trip in a caravan, hiking…anything with a group of people, this is great to have. The only thing I will say is, if someone has a Motorola (cool guy club I guess), they still won’t have access for some reason

The materials feel high-quality and durable. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, which is important for a device that gets used daily.

The range is about 2 miles in my area. We use them for everything around the house and beyond. It would’ve been nice to talk to my wife and kid when a gator was coming at them but they’re savvy. This was about 3 miles away. Overall these are solid though.

Very nice walkies. They picked up about a mile. It was crackling but i could understand the person talking. Half mile was clear as standing next to the person

I had an issue with one of the radio's and contacted seller, and hands down they were great in wanting to resolve the issue. As far as the other radio's they are wonderful, great sound and the distance was great. I was a mile from camp and could still talk to my daughter and her boyfriend loud and clear. I would recommend these radio's and I would buy again if I ever needed too.

I'm a college student living in an off campus apartment building, and some of my firnsda moved I to the same building. I bought these so that we could all talk at anytime and they're great for the job. I can't tell you how much fun these have been. And the I'm drunk right now reception is good too! outdoors the range is at least 1-2 miles in a relatively densely populated area.

These are perfect for us to communicate, have only tried it a few blocks away and it worked amazing. The company I work for has an older version of these and they withstand drops and other issues that are work related. Ear ueced do need to be replaced from time to time but it's not a big deal.

We have used them Camping. For when We do not have cell signal. Possibly good in a grid down situation.

These work so good for us on the farm. They reach pretty far. Battery life is great. No static and you can hear well on them.

These radios have a very good range, even indoors between several walls. Upstairs offices have no trouble communicating with downstairs warehouse

This is my second set of these. I am impressed with the range and sound quality. The different functions are nice.
