These radios have great range, are rugged, and easy to use. Speaker audio is loud and clear. USB-C rechargeable via base or a cable plugged directly into the battery. It's the ideal starter radio that you can hand to a complete novice with confidence and it's built to a higher standard than your standard Baofeng offerings. You'll need the proprietary programming cable to modify its operation to your liking, the software is simple to use and is a free download from their website. The plug-in accessories also use their proprietary connector, so you'll need to take that into account if you want a speaker / mic or earpiece.
The battery life on these is impressive. For a 12-hour festival shift, they easily last the entire day with heavy use. Being able to top them up quickly with a USB-C power bank in the field is a lifesaver. Rugged build too – they’ve survived a few accidental drops.

Excellent product. I took the test in a rural area and the quality is surprising, its range was almost 2 km with a hill and two closed forests between the devices. it's simple to use. The battery has excellent durability, has been in use for about 20 days and I haven't charged it yet (it's rarely used either). I highly recommend it.

These are ROBUST radios - they just feel solid in your hand. There is nothing about them that feels flimsy, brittle, etc. - that beefy battery helps, lending some weight, but in general, they are physically solid. Battery is big, battery life is very good, obviously.
