great tool for multiple employees, or persons to carry. I work for a medical facility with over 50 employees, and they do well, very few areas we have issues. this brand makes repeaters and other things to install if use is needed for more than the walkie itself offers.

I got them for our family camping trips, since cell service can be sketchy at best, and they've worked like a charm.
