Bluetooth compatibility

The RB689 is equipped with the latest Bluetooth headset and the built-in Bluetooth function is very convenient. The side buttons can be customized to turn Bluetooth pairing on and off.

Powerful flashlight

On top of the radio is a 10mm flashlight. It emits white LED light for illumination. The beam here is wide enough that with a flashlight like this, you can easily light up the road at night or walk through a dark basement.

Large Battery Capacity

The RB689 is equipped with a large 2600 mAh battery capacity. In power saving mode, the radio has a standby time of up to 120 hours and an operating time of up to 12 hours. It is also equipped with a rugged desktop charging station for recharging.

LED digital display

The RB689 has a built-in hidden display that is quite different from other radios with displays. When you turn on the radio, you will see its hidden display digital tube display. You can easily check the current channel and power status on the display.

Wireless Data Transfer

This feature allows you to have two RB689s copy each other's settings without having to set them up via software on a PC. This feature will make communication between the two radios more efficient.

Local/Remote Alarm

This feature can be customized as a side key shortcut through the software. You can choose to turn on Local Alerts or Remote Alerts. Local Alert allows the radio to sound an emergency alarm tone, while Remote Alert sends the alarm to another radio.
