Would have given 5 stars but the computer installation was a bit tricky. However, these work great-- tested in the hills of Vermont and worked perfectly. Very clear signal--- If you are looking for professional grade at an affordable price then these are for you!

I am a bouncer and these work great! The Lights help with ID's and being able to actually talk and get each others attention really helps when a situation gets out of hand.

These were ordered for our security team and they are top of the line. I'm very skeptical when it comes to electronics especially concerning walkie talkies that are not at the top of the company chain of brands. However, having spent several years in law enforcement and working with several handheld radio brands, I would place this radio with the best of them. My guys secure a plaza which is 32,000 sq. ft. with steel beams and they work absolutely PERFECT inside and out (seriously). We ordered 4 to test and now we will be ordering 4 more. We also ordered the clear earpieces that are separate. These are great if you want your team to look more professional with the concealed earpiece attachment. So far so good... A little hard to hear over very loud music, but can't complain on the quality considering the price. Overall happy!

These radios have been a great addition to my job with better communicating with other workers that I work with. I had one handheld mic that was stuck in transmission mode when I first took it out of the box and connected it to the radio. This company was very helpful in getting me a replacement. The packages came right on time and where wrapped up tight to keep moister out in case of a rainy day. I was really happy with that. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a radio that is better than the average walkie talkie. Great radios for the money You could say that I am 110% satisfied.

These 2 way radios were perfect for our needs, heavy duty performance for such a small radio, clear voice and with all of the features as well, the staff at our hotel loves them.

There's no doubt about the fact that these radios kick butt for the price that they're offered at. I love all the features and the battery life is 12 hours (continuous) BUT they can be in standby for the whole week if you need them to! VHF and UHF are both possible on these walkies and the range is phenomenal. A few of our state agencies have opted to wear these while doing SAR rather than using their huge Motorola radios. The chargers are a bit cheap in appearance and could probably use some work, but they get the job done. Only downside is when you're clipping them to your belt you can sometimes bump a button without realizing it and accidentally switch channels. I recommend a case that slips to your belt that you can slide the radio in and out of without removing the case from the belt, which cuts down on accidental button presses.
