Howar Haydn

I found the RT29 after our previous radios kept failing in the humid environment of our indoor water park project. These IP67 units are perfectly sealed and haven't had any issues with condensation or splashes. The high-power signal reaches through all the massive structures and the concrete walls.

Gavin Job

Working as a site manager for a coastal preservation project, I need radios that can handle the sand, salt, and constant moisture. The RT29's IP67 rating keeps the internals clean and functional in the harsh beach environment. The long-range performance is excellent for keeping the machinery operators in sync.

Aubrey Baldwin

Our excavation team in the rainy valley has found the RT29 to be the most reliable waterproof radio on the market. The IP67 rating means we can just hose them off at the end of the shift to get the mud off. The high-power signal is a necessity for the deep trenches and the large site area.

Henry Yeates

Running a crew for a high-rise facade cleaning company means our gear is constantly exposed to water and heights. The RT29's waterproof design and 2-meter drop protection are the perfect combination for our safety and communication. The high-power signal is loud and clear across the entire building.

Jeff Howell

Managing a crew on a riverfront construction project means our equipment is always at risk of getting wet. The RT29's waterproof rating is a lifesaver, and the rugged body can handle the rough environment of the docks. The long-range signal is perfect for coordinating with the barge operators and the crane team.

Retevis RT29 Orange IP67 Waterproof Long Range Two Way Radios

Professional communication breaks through distance and environmental barriers. The Retevis RT29 professional long range walkie talkie redefine communication for demanding conditions with its high-power output and exceptional penetration. Its industrial bright orange finish serves as a visual safety beacon, while military-grade durability and long battery life provide unwavering reliability for construction sites, municipal patrols, event security, mall management, and outdoor resort operations. Paired with a clear-sounding speaker, microphone, and comfortable earpiece, it enables true all-weather, two-way clarity for your team. The new upgraded version now features a USB-C port for convenient direct charging while remaining fully compatible with the original charging base.

Ideal for the rigors of construction, the RT29 provides reliable signal penetration across the entire job site. It integrates diverse operational zones into one responsive network, enabling instant coordination and transforming complex site management into a streamlined, high-efficiency workflow.

Long-Range Communication

Bid farewell to frustrating signal loss at critical moments. With its high power output, the Retevis RT29 radio ensures excellent signal penetration through concrete, steel, and complex urban structures, ideal for construction sites, shopping malls, and retail stores. Equipped with a high-gain antenna, it delivers long-distance and reliable communication up to 1-4 km in urban environments or an impressive 5-8 km in open fields like golf courses, beaches, and large resorts. The three-level adjustable power feature allows you to switch between High, Medium, and Low modes, optimizing both range and battery life to suit different scenarios.

Rugged Durability for Demanding Use

Durability is a critical investment. In demanding environments, accidents and rough handling are inevitable. For busy construction sites, security patrol teams, or resort staff working in challenging conditions, equipment is constantly on the move—and mishaps can happen at any time. The Retevis RT29 is built with a rugged, durable aluminum alloy body, engineered to military-grade standards to withstand accidental drops of 2 meters, impacts, and harsh conditions. Its tough design ensures continuous operation, even after a fall.

IP67 Water and Dust Proof

Heavy rain, mud, dust, and snow can quickly turn construction sites or outdoor work into a challenge. The Retevis RT29 waterproof walkie talkies meet the IP67 standard, withstanding immersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. This means no matter if it's dust on a construction site or in a factory, torrential rain during municipal repairs, or splashing waves at a beach club, the Retevis RT29’s robust build keeps communication clear and reliable, ensuring your radio performs without interruption, no matter how harsh the environment becomes.

Power Through Your Longest Day

The high-efficiency walkie-talkie is fueled by a massive 3200mAh lithium-ion battery, providing 22-25 hours of continuous talk time when fully charged and up to 250 hours of standby. Whether you’re working a full 24-hour shift or managing a multi-day event where communication is critical around the clock, the Retevis RT29 radio’s long battery life means you won’t need to scramble for a charger. You can perfectly rely on it to get the job done without interruption, day in and day out.

0-9 Squelch for Crystal-Clear Audio

Hear every word. The adjustable squelch (0-9 levels) actively filters out background static and interference (machinery, crowds, wind) for clear voice transmission. This helps reduce listening fatigue and boost clarity, realizing effective communication.

Flexible 16-Channel

With 16 programmable channels, dedicated lines are available for you to manage multiple teams working in the same area, enabling independent communication for various teams (such as security, maintenance, and operations). This allows for easy avoidance of interference, keeping communications organized, private, and free from cross-talk chaos.

High-Visibility Safety Design

Be seen, be safe. The bright orange casing of the Retevis RT29 walkie-talkie stands out distinctly in low-light conditions, such as during rain or at dusk, providing an added layer of safety for public safety personnel on patrol. At large-scale events, security staff wearing the Retevis RT29 can be easily identified and approached for assistance. Whether placed on the ground, on a shelf, or inside a vehicle, the Retevis RT29 radio remains easy to locate and ready for use whenever you need it most.

Large Button Design for Easy Operation

Fumbling with tiny buttons while wearing thick work gloves in winter or tactical gloves at night isn’t just frustrating—it’s a safety risk. Retevis RT29 two-way radio features large, well-spaced buttons and a logical layout that allows for easy, error-free operation. You can change channels, trigger the SOS, or adjust volume with absolute certainty no matter in a cold warehouse or on a busy construction site, ensuring seamless communication in cold weather or demanding professional settings.

Hands-Free Communication with VOX

No need to press a button or take your hands off the task. Activate the Voice-Operated Transmit (VOX) function, and the radio broadcasts automatically when you speak. Ideal for a construction worker who needs to relay an urgent message while lifting a heavy load or a security officer who can’t afford to stop and reach for the radio during a patrol, VOX ensures seamless communication without slowing you down.

IP67 Waterproof Speaker Microphone

Convenience meets toughness. Pair your Retevis RT29 radio with a compatible IP67-rated speaker mic for easy shoulder-mount operation. It features a loudspeaker, a clear microphone, and a heavy-duty 360° rotating clip, which allows you to attach it to your uniform or gear easily, and the ergonomic PTT button ensures effortless operation.

Earhook Style Earpiece

Secure G-Hook design fits comfortably over the ear, perfect for active roles like golf caddies or resort attendants. In-line PTT & volume control allows discreet, convenient operation without touching the main unit. Single-wire with shirt clip minimizes cable snagging and presents a professional appearance.

Instant Emergency Alert

In a critical situation, the dedicated SOS button sends a loud, distinctive alarm tone to all other radios on the channel, enabling a swift, coordinated team response to emergencies or accidents. In situations where a worker who’s injured on-site or a security threat requires immediate attention, the SOS button can activate an instant team-wide alert, reducing response time in critical situations.

Built for Every Field

From bustling construction sites and organized warehouse floors to noisy manufacturing plants and public municipal services, the Retevis RT29 walkie-talkie is the go-to communication partner for professionals across sectors.
